Returns & Refunds

If your are unsatisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item for an exchange or refund within 30 days of the delivered date of your purchase -unless otherwise noted during a sale period or unless item is marked final sale.

Please contact customer service orders@crexans.com for a return. We will issue you an RMA number and this number must be included on the package when you are returning. If you sent an item back to us without an RMA approval, your items will be sent back to you.

Unless the item is defective, the product must not be worn, washed or otherwise used. Products must be returned in a like new conditions. All swimwear products must be returned with tags attached. Apparel items must have their tags, not be worn, washed or otherwise used.

Return process:

    1. Send us an email at orders@crexans.com with “Order Return Nº XXXX” and we will answer you with an RMA number.
    2. Drop off our box with the RMA number at any DHL office (for international orders) and Nacex office (for domestic orders).
    3. Once we receive your purchase back, we’ll proceed with the exchange or refund.

Please allow up to 10 days for returns to be processed. Return will be applied to method of original purchase.
