If you are unsatisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item for an exchange or refund within 30 days of the delivered date of your purchase. 

Please contact customer service orders@crexans.com for a return. We will issue the next steps you must follow for exchange or refunds.

Products must be returned in like-new conditions and with tags attached. Apparel items must have their tags, not be worn, washed, or otherwise used.

 

RETURN PROCESS FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS (SPAIN)

  1. Send us an email at orders@crexans.com with "Order Return Nº XXX" and let us know if you want a change of size or product or if you want a refund. 

  2. In 24-48h Nacex will pick up the item and if you have chosen the exchange option will give you the new one.

  3. If you have chosen the refund option, once we receive your purchase back, we'll proceed with the refund.

    Please allow up to 10 days for returns to be processed. The return will be applied to the method of original purchase.

  1. Send us an email at orders@crexans.com with "Order Return Nº XXX" and let us know if you want a change of size or product or if you want a refund. 

  2. Drop off our box with the RMA Number at any DHL office.

  3. Once we receive your purchase back, we'll proceed with the exchange or refund.
